I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with rooms that looked new and were very clean, despite being right next to the pool. The service was exceptional, especially from Jorge and Ernesto, who made us feel at home and even provided fun activities for the kids. However, the rooms weren't ready until 6 PM, which was a bit of a letdown. The location was great for walking to nearby shops and restaurants, but the dining experience was just average, especially if you have dietary restrictions.
